Fix load fileURL failed in iOS8.0 when use WKWebView(Use GCDWebServer).
1. iOS7 use UIWebView
2. iOS8 use WKWebView+GCDWebServer
3. iOS9+ use WKWebView

According to https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine.
Add WebKit.framework in project.

2. Add cordova plugin wkwebview (version 1.0.2 minium iOS deployment target is 9.0)
