Fixed Base SDK and Deployment Target for Library projects (MapView and Proj4) and sample projects.
Base SDK is set to Latest iOS.
Deployment Target is set to 3.0.

…otates properly. But it only works if -viewDidLoad: constructs another RMMapView, which doesn't have to do anything, it just makes the application happy.
